This project, located at 1050 K Street in Washington, DC, is an eleven-story, 136,000 square–foot LEED Gold boutique office building in a dense, urban setting. It includes a variety of sustainable design elements, from a stormwater management solution that recaptures runoff and HVAC condensate for use on its dual green roof system, bio-retention planters, and a water feature showcasing how water is reused.

Highland Beach Town Hall
Highland Beach, Maryland
Designed and built for the Town of Highland Beach, Maryland, a historically African American waterfront community located next to Annapolis, this project was built to serve the needs of community residents for meeting and gathering space. The new 2,200 square-foot building replaced a smaller building, retaining the historic front facade and a portion of the original foundation, and achieved USGBC LEED Platinum-level certification in 2007.
