914 Van Buren is a single-family home in the Eastport neighborhood of Annapolis, a hidden gem on the Chesapeake Bay. The project consists of a renovation and addition to the home, including a new garage accessed by a new driveway and curb cut. The existing curb cut is being closed. These elements are currently under construction and are expected to be completed by December 2025. Greening Urban was responsible for the sediment and erosion control and grading plans for the project.
