Pusser’s Landing is one of the largest restaurants opening in Baltimore this year, boasting a huge 15,000-square-foot space with seating for 353 patrons. The seating options are diverse, including indoor dining, an outdoor patio, and a unique 104-seat floating “dock bar,” formerly known as the Drift Bar.
The project site is the Lighthouse Point Marina, located at 2711 Boston Street, Baltimore, MD. A building addition is to be installed at the marina’s front. Additional site improvements include two landscaped islands, pavers, a new wood fence, and an ADA ramp. Utilities are not to be disturbed. Land disturbance is less than 5,000 SF; therefore, a stormwater management plan is not required.
This move is part of a $40 million, three-year renovation of the marina, which Alliance Marine acquired in 2022. The two-phase project included dock reconstruction (reducing slips to 400), the introduction of the Drift Bar, and the renovation of the restaurant space for Pusser’s Landing, along with the addition of a boater’s lounge and gym.
