Greening Urban provided complete civil engineering services for the major site renovation at SOAR365 (formerly the Greater Richmond ARC). This included designing and permitting for the innovative stormwater management plan that utilized a series of passive technologies (bioretention / rain gardens) integrated into what is now called Park365. This approach integrated required stormwater management into the design of the new adult playground that is designed for use for folks with disabilities. Park365 is now a public park enjoyed by the community.
